Metropolitan
Metropolitan Propetry Management wanted a clean look to catalogue their properties on the web. They chose a design from ThemeForest and we helped them realize their new website using Joomla 1.5 and a property management component that made it easy for them to update their inventory.
Your Greek Holidays
Your Greek Holidays was looking for a modern website design to complement a new business. Performance Computing set up a Joomla 2.5 website using a responsive web design purchased from ThemeForest. We populated the content and customized an image gallery design to match the template. We then rolled out their website and everyone was ecstatic.

Chris Collett & Associates
Chris had an existing website that required a refresh to the design. Chris also wanted to be able to maintain the content himself.
Performance Computing created a new Joomla 2.5 website with a completely new design and imported all the content from his old html based website.

Sausalito Living
Sausalito Beachside Living is a new luxury condominium development within the exclusive White Rock West Beach area. They required an onine presence to help them showcase and sell their premium condominiums.
Performance Computing helped them chose a design template. We the built a Joomla 2.5 website and populated it with content provided by their writer and splashed photos throughout the website to show off the product they are selling.

Pashminas for a Cure
Pashminas For A Cure works with local organizations to help fund critically needed equipment and research with the end goal of finding a cure for breast cancer.
They are currently working with the Tapestry Foundation to help raise $650,000 to purchase a second digital mammography machine that will support the BC Cancer Agency's Screening Mammography Program at Mount Saint Joseph (MSJ) Hospital in Vancouver.
Performance Computing designed and implemented their new site and donated the work to their cause.

Special Olympics Surrey
Special Olympics Surrey contacted Performance Computing to have a website designed and implemented. They needed many features including program calendar, upcoming dates, photo gallery, and facilities map.
Performance Computing created a custom design and implemented it using Joomla 1.5. Many CSS3 features are used to give the design a modern look.
Volunteers for Special Olympics Surrey now maintain the site, saving this non-profit agency money every month because they don't have to pay a web designer to make every update! This is the real benefit of having a site built with Joomla CMS.

Physiomoves
Physiomoves needed a web presence for their business in Surrey at Hwy 10 and 152 Street. They approached Performance Computing to create a website for them.
Performance Computing worked with Physiomoves to help them select a template for the website and determine what content should go online.
We built a Joomla 2.5 website and populated it with the content and pictures provided by Physiomoves. We then showed them how to easily update and maintain the website themselves.

Masters Remediation
Masters Remediation and Restoration Services handles insurance claims, emergencies and non-emergency repairs for flood, water damage, sewer, mold, grow-ops, asbestos, plumbing & remodeling.
They needed a new website design and a more flexible website system to help them manage a growing business. Performance Computing created a new design for them utilizing jQuery for animated menus and video for extra pizazz.
We used a few new tricks to create titles with gradient effects. The first word of the title is a different colour and bold. We also used some new CSS3 effects to produce text shadows and rounded corners without the need for images. This makes the site load faster and it is also more search engine friendly.

Manthorpe Law
Manthorpe Law Offices is a small law firm in the Guildford area. Rosalyn Manthorpe set up the firm in 1992 after practicing in the area for many years. Since opening its doors, Manthorpe Law Offices has been an active member of the Surrey Board of Trade (formerly the Surrey Chamber of Commerce), recognizing the value the Board provides to local businesses.
Manthorpe Law did not have a web presence. Performance Computing created a website design with collaboration and input from staff at Manthorpe Law.

Fedewich and Witt
Fedewich and Witt is a family business serving the community for more than 30 years. They provide Notary Public services and are based in Cloverdale.
They did not have a website, so they asked Performance Computing to build them one. We took their design ideas (a light and natural look with images from the surrounding communities) and created a site for them.
The site utilizes jQuery to provide a nice drop down menu system and an animated image rotator. Photos by Performance Computing.

Brian Olding
The new website we built for Brian Olding & Associates Ltd. is based on a template that they found and liked. Performance Computing converted the template to Joomla and assisted Brian with loading the content and images to produce a very clean look. jQuery (a javascript framework) was used to create the animation for the images and menus. No Adobe Flash required.

Pioneer Designs was looking for a fresh, modern looking website for a new condominium development they are building. Through very close consultation with their staff we came up with this design. They also required the ability to make changes on their own once the site was set up. Joomla to the rescue again.

The Pacific Condominium Association of British Columbia seeks to improve education, communication, co-operation and understanding among it's member strata corporations. Their website was HTML and had grown to the point where it was impossible to manage. A new design was created for them and all the content from their old site was migrated to a new one based on Joomla.

A Joomla CMS website for a bike store in South Surrey. The design includes asphalt and gravel to visually represent that they sell both road and mountain bikes.
Marna Dueck
A website for a local mortgage professional serving the Lower Mainland. Marna was looking for a design with colours that connect her to TD Canada Trust but wanted a personal touch. The view is from a property looking down over White Rock beach and her picture conveys a casual approachable person.
Brian Conlan
A Joomla based website, designed for a mortgage specialist serving the Lower Mainland. The rotating images show scenes from the area he works in. His image is meant to build recognition.
Rhonda Gebara
A real estate agent site using OpenRealty, a specialized CMS for real estate websites. The dark blue hues are peaceful, yet strong and effective and are designed to set Rhonda apart in her field. The image is a view from the area she works in. This design is often singled out as a favourite.
Sewing the Earth
Missing Women Memorial website built on Joomla. This website was a dedication to the missing women of the Vancouver Downtown East Side. It is unfortunately no longer on the internet.
Redwood Bridge Townhomes
We developed this website for a townhouse development in Walnut Grove using Joomla CMS. The design attempts to convey the importance the developers have put on making the project part of the natural environment.
SORCE Bike Club
This mountain biking club's website is an excellent example of what can be accomplished with Joomla CMS. It includes many components providing a wide range of features including discussion forum, image gallery, comments for news items, event calendar as well as community-building features.
King Friday
This rock band wanted a cool website design. It shows the design flexibility of Joomla CMS, using multiple layout columns and flexible placement of content.
Kelly Nault
A Flash based website with animation for a speaker and author in Vancouver. This design is meant to convey her spirit and conviction for helping children.
